Apex Auto Storeships US-wide from a small set of vetted, named suppliers. Every order carries a real carrier tracking number and ships in 2–7 business days once payment clears. This page explains what to expect from the ship-time bands on each SKU and what we’ll do if a parcel goes sideways.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number from USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We forward the tracking email the moment the supplier prints the label.
If a parcel is lost
Apex Auto Storeis the seller of record. If tracking stalls for 7+ days or shows delivered but the parcel never arrived, write to us and we’ll reship or refund — no fight, no restocking fee.
