What we collect
Name, email, shipping address, order contents, and the bare-minimum payment proof needed to charge and refund the order. We do not collect date of birth, social security number, government ID, or any data we do not need.

Apex Auto Store collects the minimum amount of data needed to get your order to your door and to support you after the sale. This page is the unabridged version of what we keep, why, and when we delete it.
Why we keep it
Tax, returns, fraud, and chargeback defense. Order records are kept for as long as the law requires and then deleted; contact-form submissions are deleted once the support thread closes.
What we never do
Sell personal data, rent email lists to third parties, or run ad trackers. The only email you get from us is the one you signed up for, and the only charge on your card is the order you placed.
Your rights
Email customer support to request a copy of the data we have on file, ask for a correction, or close and delete your record. We respond within 30 days.
